SAVE THE DATE!!  Air Force Space Command will be participating in the Defense Business Initiative Tiger Team (DBITT) Cyber and Space Industry/Government Summit (the "Summit") on March 5 & 6, 2013 in Colorado Springs, CO.


 


The Summit agenda is being finalized. The program will include industry and government briefings and panels focusing on: open communication, IR&D, Unsolicited Proposals, Intellectual Property, acquisition and program challenges, and mission area capability quad chart briefings that will include funding profiles, upcoming contracts, points of contact within the program offices, and schedules.  An opportunity to schedule near-future one-on-one capability briefings/appointments will be made available to those in attendance.

The Cyber and Space Industry/ Government Summit ("The Summit") previously scheduled for 5 & 6 March 2013 in Colorado Springs CO has been postponed until current federal budget uncertainties are resolved.


It is anticipated that the Summit will be held in the May/June 2013 timeframe; exact dates to be determined.

The Cyber and Space Industry/ Government Summit ("The Summit") previously scheduled for 5 & 6 March 2013 in Colorado Springs CO has been rescheduled for 16 & 17 July at the Marriot in Colorado Springs, CO.


The agenda is still being worked, but it is anticipated that there will be three panel discussions between Industry and Government.  The panels are: Communications (nondisclosure agreements, data rights and intellectual property use, and acquisition challenges), Innovation (IR&D and unsolicited proposals), and Cyber (normalizing cyber acquisition).  Quad chart briefings will be conducted and will include program requirements, funding profiles, upcoming contracts, points of contact within the program offices, and acquisition schedules.  An opportunity to schedule near-future one-on-one appointments with program POCs will be made available to those in attendance.


Registration for the event will begin on Tuesday, 28 May 2013 and be open for approximately 30 calendar days.  Registration should be accomplished on the www.dbi-tiger-team.com webpage.  Continue to visit the webpage for additional and current information.  Please e-mail the DBI Tiger Team at info@dbi-tiger-team.com should you have any questions or if you would like to provide input and recommendations on the Summit agenda and content
