The 409th CSB/ECC-E (Theater Contracting Center) intends to award a Fixed-Price Level of Effort (FP-LOE) contract for the Echelon Above Corps (EAC) Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) Analyst Services. The service of the AGI GEOINT Analysts is for one (1) year plus two (2) option periods. Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available. The contract shall have Fixed-Price and Cost contract line item numbers (CLINs). The solicitation will contain FFP CLINs for the monthly services for each analyst and Cost Reimbursable line items for travel and dependent tuition. Delivery of the services shall be FOB destination to the 66th Military Intelligence Brigade, Darmstadt, Germany in support of European Command (EUCOM) and Africa Command (AFRICOM). Estimated start date will be 24 May 2013 with a potential four-month phase-in (mobilization) period. This acquisition is being procured on a full and open competition basis using Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 15. The anticipated award date is 20 May 2013. Specific requirement details as well as the Statement of Work will be included in the Request for Proposal (RFP) number W564KV-13-R-0030 to be issued on or about 12 April 2013 to close 30 days after the RFP issue date.
