SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS WILL BE AVAILABLE ON THE FEDBIZOPPS WEBSITE ( AND RED RIVER ARMY DEPOT'S WEBSITE ( A solicitiation intends to be posted that shall result in a contract to be awarded for a Service type, Firm-Fixed Price contract with no guarantee of minimum or maximum amount for any Cost Line Item Number (CLIN) identified. This is a service and only actual work performed will be billed by the contractor. CLINs that will be subject to being offered to the contractor for performance are identified in the solicitation

It will be the contractors responsibility for providing all personnel, equipment, tools, transportation, tracking documents (manifest) and any other items necessary to perform any and all CLINs subject to this contract. This contract will cover services related to the marking/labeling, loading, transporting, removal and disposal of waste that will be managed as Universal Waste to an approved Treatment, Storage and Disposal Facility (TSDF) that will accept Universal Paint Related Material in accordance with all applicable Federal and State regulations/laws. In the State of Texas, Paint Related waste may be classified and managed as Universal Waste. The blast media that will be offered in this contract may include garnet sand, steel shot and glass beads that are used in a process that prepares the surface for painting which the State agency allows to fall under the description of Paint Related Universal Waste. The characteristics of the waste that may be offered to the Contractor will be limited too D-Listed items which will be managed as Universal Waste. All waste material will be shipped in 55-gallon containers and/or may be in 20 cubic yard roll-off containers owned by Red River Army Depot. Contractor will transport Government owned (RRAD) boxes to an approved TSDF for proper treatment and disposal. Contractor will also be required to return empty roll-off boxes from TSDF back to RRAD when a request is made for the removal of full boxes to the TSDF. Contractor shall be responsible for providing all applicable documentation for transportation and tracking of the waste which may include utilizing a Bill of Lading (BOL) and/or Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest (UHWM). Contractor personnel performing any portion of this contract shall be in compliance with all applicable training requirements identified by EPA, OSHA, DOT and State regulations, with certification provided to designated Government personnel prior to any work start up.

This is a requirements type contract with a base + 4 option years. ADMIN INFO: The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 562112. Solicitation is SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS.
