CANCELLATION NOTICE:This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.The solicitation number is 0010127537 and is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), unless otherwise indicated herein.The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-58. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334518 with a small business size standard of 500.00 employees.This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids.The solicitation pricing on www.FedBid.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2012-06-08 11:30:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.FedBid.com.FOB Destination shall be Fort Bragg, NC 28310

The MCC Bragg - MCO Bragg requires the following items, Brand Name or Equal, to the following:

1. Vendor shall provide a custom Shock watch product that is unisex.
2. The vendor shall provide a Shock watch product that has Army Reserve emblazed on one side of the the wristband in a blocked font and www.stayarmyreserve.com emblazed on the other wristband in the same fot format.
3. The Shock watch shall contain: a mineral type dial window material, a digital type display, an ABS case material, a case diameter that is 5 centimeters, a watch that fastens with a buckle clasp, a watch with a band material that is PU strap, a watch with a band color that is black, a watch with a dial color that is black, the Bezel material shall be resin, the Bezel function shall be stationary, the watch must contain a Calendar: day-date-and month, the watch shall contain a case thickness of 1.5 centimeters, and the watch shall be water resistant to a depth of 3 ATM.
4. The size of the emblazonment is 6pts.
5. As you can see from the pictures, Army Reserve will go on one strap and our URL: www.stayarmyreserve.com will go on the other. 6. The emblazonment will be done in silver.
7. ABS means Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene; case shell made of dent proof ABS material.

For this solicitation, MCC Bragg - MCO Bragg intends to conduct an online competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, FedBid, Inc. FedBid has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. MCC Bragg - MCO Bragg is taking this action in an effort to improve both vendor access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, competed, real-time bids.All responsible Offerors that respond to this solicitation MUST submit the pricing portion of their bid using the online exchange located at www.FedBid.com. Bid MUST be good for 30 calendar days after submission

Shipping must be free on board (FOB) destination CONUS (Continental U.S.), which means that the seller must deliver the goods on its conveyance at the destination specified by the buyer, and the seller is responsible for the cost of shipping and risk of loss prior to actual delivery at the specified destination.

No partial shipments unless otherwise specified at time of order
