The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), Uganda, is seeking proposals from qualified organizations interested in providing services to support the FTF Commodity Production and Marketing Activity.  The purpose of this activity is to sustainably increase the production and marketing of quality maize, beans, and coffee in Uganda.

This procurement shall be conducted under full and open competition, under which any type of organization (U.S. and non-U.S. commercial for profit firms, educational institutions, non-profit organizations) is eligible to compete.  The procedures set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) (48 CFR Chapter 1) Part 15 shall apply.


USAID anticipates awarding one Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) type contract with a total estimated range of $20,000,000 to $23,000,000 for the entire program, to be implemented over a period of five years, subject to the availability of funds.  The purpose of providing an estimated range for the contract is to help Offeror develop their proposals; Offeror should provide the lowest possible cost consummate with their technical approach.
