The technical data package (TDP) for N00024-12-R-5314 will not be posted to the Government point of entry (GPE) with the posting of the anticipated solicitation. In order to obtain the TDP, respondents must submit a request, in writing, to with a copy to This request should be titled, “Request for N00024-12-R-5314 TDP – Company Name”. The request must include the following information:

1. Company Name

2. Unclassified Mailing Address

3. CAGE Code

4. Point of Contact (including name, telephone number, and email address)

Each company shall designate a single point of contact responsible for the control of the TDP and related correspondence.

In response to requests for TDP, the requesting company will be required to complete and return certification that the TDP and associated drawings have been received and will be returned to the Government no later than (NLT) 30 days after contract award. All distributed TDPs and associated drawing packages will be numbered for accountability and will be verified and logged for check-in. The TDP and associated drawings contain technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22 USC SEC 2751 ET SEQ). Violations of these export laws are subject to severe criminal penalties. Requesting companies/individuals must certify that additional copies, paper or electronic, of the provided data will not be made and that the provided data will not be transferred by any means to a third party.

Requesting companies/individuals shall also certify that none of the TDP and associated files will be downloaded onto any computer, local area network (LAN), or integrated digital environment (IDE).

Upon obtaining the required certification and upon approval of the request, the TDP and associated files will be furnished upon the condition that it or knowledge of its possession will not be released without specific authority of the Department of the Navy of the United States; that it will not be used for other than military purposes; that individual or corporate rights originating in the information, whether patented or not, will be respected; and, that the information will be provided the same degree of security afforded it by the Department of Defense of the United States.
