This is a sources sought notice only. It is not a request for proposal and does not commit the Government to issue a solicitation, make an award, or pay any costs associated with responding to this announcement. All submitted information shall remain with the Government and will not be returned.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Procurement and Grants Office (PGO) is seeking multiple sources of supply for personal protective equipment (PPE) for potential use in the current Ebola Virus Disease outbreak response in West Africa as well as any other future responses to outbreaks of contagious diseases worldwide.

Due to an expected heavy response to this notice, individual replies and/or acknowledgements from the Government cannot be guaranteed. Please only submit responses by email to klemaster@cdc.gov .

Attached is a list of common personal protective equipment (PPE) that is being sought.
