This notice, issued by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) John F. Kennedy Space Center (KSC), is to release a DRAFT Request for Proposal for the Gateway Logistics Services solicitation for industry comment. This notice is related to the Sources Sought originally posted on October 23, 2018 under Gateway Logistics Services - 80KSC0190002.

Prospective Offerors are strongly encouraged to review all documents in their entirety and submit comments via email to the Contracting Officer listed below no later than July 10, 2019 to permit the Government sufficient time for consideration. Comments should reference 80KSC0190002-Draft RFP Comments in the subject line of the email.

Telephone comments and/or questions will not be accepted.

Questions (without company affiliation) and the Government's response will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities website (FedBizOpps).

NASA/Kennedy Space Center (KSC) will hold an Industry Day on Wednesday, June 26, 2019, at the Universe Theater in the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex (KSCVC). The Industry Day is open to all companies and media interested in the GLS solicitation.

Schedule:
Sign-in: 8:15 - 8:30 am
Industry Day Briefing: 8:30 - 10:00 am

One-on-One Meetings with NASA: By appointment only on June 26 and 27, 2019

Registration: Companies are limited to five (5) attendees. The registration request should be submitted to the Contracting Officer via email at scott.g.syring@nasa.gov no later than June 24, 2019 and include the following information:

1. Company name
2. Primary point of contact, email, and phone number
3. Attendee names, position title, and citizenship
4. Indicate if one-on-one meeting is requested

NASA will provide confirmation of registration via email and the scheduled time for the One-on-One meeting (if requested).

Questions may be directed to the Contracting Officer; however, registration request will ONLY be accepted via email.

Companies that already registered for the Industry Day and received a confirmation email under the Sources Sought announcement (Gateway Logistics Services - 80KSC0190002) update posted on June 7, 2019 do not need to register again.
