PROJECT TITLE: REPLACE STORAGE SHEDS

The project work site is located at the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Training Center (TRACEN), Phase 1 and 2 of Military Family Housing (MFH) areas, Cape May, New Jersey (Cape May county).

Major work items include but are not limited to:
1. Demolition of existing sheds;
2. Installation of new modular sheds, to include custom shelves and siding;
3. Mobilization, demobilization and clean up;
4. Supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, labor and all other incidentals necessary to complete the work.


Period of Performance shall be 60 days after issuance of Notice to Proceed.


All work shall be performed in accordance with the USCG specifications, drawings, provisions, clauses and the terms and conditions which will be provided when all Request for Quote (RFQ) solicitation document files become available for public download on or after 3 AUGUST 2012 exclusively from the internet by accessing the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at: http://www.fbo.gov. If solicitation files do not appear on that date, please check back daily. The date set for receipt of offers is approximately 31 AUGUST 2012. These dates are estimated and may change.


NOTE: NO TELEPHONE, FACSIMILE, E-MAIL AND/OR WRITTEN REQUESTS FOR SOLICITATIONS OR POSTING STATUS SHALL BE ACCEPTED. Our office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form.
