DARPA is soliciting innovative research proposals in the area of advanced collaborative autonomy for aerial platforms. Proposed research should investigate innovative approaches that enable revolutionary advances in algorithms and software, and, to a lesser extent, devices or systems. Specifically excluded is research that primarily results in evolutionary improvements to the existing state of practice. Refer to the attachment, "DARPA-BAA-14-33," for complete details of the BAA. The purpose of Amendment 1 to DARPA-BAA-14-33, Collaborative Operations in Denied Environment (CODE) Program, is to modify the proposal due date to Thursday, June 26, 2014 by 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time, and the start date for the concept design reviews (OS-CoDR) of the Operational System(s) that are responsive to the missions presented in Appendix B and classified Appendix C (Mission Definition).
