Microsoft Premier Support Services for the Department of Transportation, Office of the Chief Information Officer, IT Shared Services(ITSS) organization. IT Shared Services requires direct access to Microsoft technical expertist 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to help maximize the benefit of the COE's Microsoft technical solution and minimize its total running cost.  This support provides COE'S management and engineers with strategic advice and guidance to help prevent IT problems from occurring , and support services is an offering that is performed only by Microsoft employees, even in those circumstamces where it is sold through a reseller.
