This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and an award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This procurement is for ammunition for U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 4 Law Enforcement Office. FOB Destination shall be Tallahassee, Florida 32301. The NAICS Code: 332993 Size Standard: 1,500 employees. This requirement is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bid. A firm fixed price commercial order will be issued. The Fish and Wildlife Service is presently using Electronic Commerce (EC) to issue Request for Quotations and Purchase Orders.
