The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for a youth dance program, with the goals of providing a free and positive afterschool alternative to drugs. The Period of Performance will be November 30, 2018- November 29, 2019 and will take place in the following cities: 1) New Orleans,LA(schools/locations); 2) Los Angeles, CA(schools/locations); 3) Cleveland, OH (schools/locations); 4) New Bedford, MA (schools/locations); 5) Tampa, FL (schools/locations); 6) Flagstaff, AZ (schools/locations). In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, the Government intends to issue a single firm-fixed price purchase order. This is anticipated to be a sole source award to DEA Educational Foundation, which seeks to empower youth by providing a free, positive alternative to drugs through fun, healthy expressive art of dance for children between the critical hours of 3:00pm and 6:00pm. A limited source justification is approved and on file.
