On behalf of the CDL Executive Agent (EA), and the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense, Intelligence (OUSD(I)), the CDL Program Management Office (PMO) requests Industry inputs to provide the following capabilities to the CDL family of specifications. We are seeking industry solutions to address the technical capabilities that the ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance) missions will need, to operate in the net-centric operational environment of the future. Each vendor may be aware of any number of solutions, based upon their understanding of their customer's missions and the immediacy of their requirements. If the solutions are time phased, we would be interested in identifying the earliest possible date that some form of capability could be available.
