Human Systems Division (HSD) INDUSTRY WEEK ANNOUNCEMENT The Human Systems Division's (AFLCMC/WNU) mission is to develop, test, field, and analyze advanced human systems to enhance warfighter performance, protection, and survivability. "Every Airman, Every Aircraft, Every Day!" HSD will be delivering briefings to the Aircrew Flight Equipment (AFE) and Aeromedical industries from 11-13 March 2014 at the Hope Hotel in Dayton, OH (outside Wright-Patterson AFB Gate 12A). The purpose of this event is to facilitate two-way communication between industry and Government regarding the status of ongoing programs and activities relevant to AFE and Aeromed. Program updates, Safe-to-Fly processes, and Aircrew Performance Executive Council priorities are a few of the topics that may be covered. There will be no vendor booths set up at this event. Additionally, HSD seeks industry feedback on the following: 1. Emerging technologies applicable to Human Systems 2. Contractor Funded R&D 3. Briefing charts from the conference will be made available on FBO.gov after the conference. This is not a Request for Proposal. The Government does not intend to award any contracts on the basis of this announcement. Submitting capabilities and concepts in response to this announcement is voluntary, and participants shall not be compensated. This is to be considered an information-only event for industry and the Government.
