The NATO Training Mission/Combined Security Transition Command - Afghanistan (NTM-A/CSTC-A) has a requirement to introduce a polymer-based formwork (or other) for concrete walls and structures.

This expedient and durable method of construction must incorporate properties resistent to vehicle/improvised explosives, ballistic and fragmentation.  Finished structures must also be energy-efficient and virtually maintenance free throughout many years of use.
