The Government anticipates hosting an open industry day on 11-13 March 2009 in Tampa FL. One-on-one contractor- Government meetings will be scheduled for no more than 1.5 hours. Firms should bring briefings on a CD in a PowerPoint format. Firms are encouraged to bring hardware and ideas for the Government to contemplate as part of the market research for this requirement.
Additionally a Draft Go/No Go Requirement, Draft Performance Specification, and Questionnaire will be posted to FBO.gov for industry review and comment. The questions center on areas of the requirements that drive costs, schedule and are considered by the manufacturer to be high risk areas.

All those wishing to participate in industry day shall provide company and participant names, contact information, and the completed questionnaire no later than 3 March 2009, to Ms. Verdetta Weaver at weaverv@socom.mil.
