The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), Northeast and Caribbean Region, Public Buildings Service, Service Centers Division, Manhattan Acquisition Unit (2PSAM), intends to award a task order under an existing multiple award indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for a Building Automation System (BAS) replacement for the federal building located at 201 Varick Street, New York, NY. The acquisition is being funded in whole by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CURRENT IDIQ CONTRACT HOLDERS under the following contract numbers: GS-02P-07-PV-D-0007, GS-02P-07-PV-D-0009, GS-02P-07-PV-D-0010, and GS-02P-07-PV-D-0011. This notice is not a solicitation for offers and no public solicitation will be issued for the services. The anticipated award date of the task order is March 31, 2010. This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 236220, Commercial and Industrial Building Construction.
