NOTICE TO OFFERORS: Instructions for submitting quotations under this request for quote must be followed. Failure to provide all information to aid in the evaluation may be considered non-responsive. The NOAA Ship Fairweather, home ported on Ketchikan, AK, is a research vessel owned by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. The Fairweather is a Aerojet General Shipyard vessel and was commissioned by NOAA in 1968. The ship's current equipment and ongoing accounts are with DISH.
