Bagram Regional Contracting Center (BRCC) has a requirement for contractor support to provide administrative services to the Armed Contractor Oversight Directorate (ACOD) in support of United States Forces-Afghanistan's(USFOR-A's) management initiatives. The ACOD contracted personnel will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day administration for the ACOD. This includes filing reports, coordinating meetings, briefings, interpreting/translation services, and maintaining database information pertaining to armed contractors.Area of responsibility is the Combined Joint Operations Area-Afghanistan. Contractor must be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The contracted personnel will be expected to work side-by-side with Government personnel, working approximately 12 hours per day.

This Sources Sought Notice is in support of market research being conducted by BRCC to determine potential sources capable of fulfilling all requirements associated with ACOD. Firms responding to this notice are also requested to provide BRCC with capability statements, which need to include at a minimum:

The anticipated contract type will be Firm-Fixed Price, for Armed Contractor Oversight Directorate (ACOD) administrative services.The estimated RFP issuance date is 22- July 2009.Upon RFP issuance, contractors are encouraged to submit proposals.The resultant contract for this acquisition will be for a basic period of twelve (12) months and four (4) one-year option periods with an anticipated start date of 1 Sept, 2009.
The solicitation shall incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-27, effective 17 September 2008.The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561110, Office Administrative Services.The successful contractor will be selected utilizing lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) source selection procedures in accordance with FAR 15.101-2. This requirement will be solicited under FAR Part 12 utilizing commercial acquisition procedures.
