This is a presolicitation synopsis for the below stated requirements.

The Department of Commerce has a requirement for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution, contractor labor, 3rd party hosting and other support services (i.e. training, data migration etc.) as required to support the unique business needs of all agencies within the Department of Commerce (DOC).

The Department of Commerce (DOC) anticipates that it will issue a solicitation for proposals for a Cloud-based, Department-wide Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system between February 24th and February 28th. The solicitation will be posted on FedBizOpps. Interested contractors should check FedBizOpps for amendments to this announcement or issuance of the solicitation.

Firms who responded to the RFI DOC-RFI-2013-CRM0001, issued in the summer of 2013 should be aware that significant changes have been made to the statement of work.

The DOC will not respond at this time to comments or questions concerning the CRM.

This notice does not constitute official release of the RFP solicitation.
