The Department of Health and human Services/Office of Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation through the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services has a requirement to obtain the services of a qualified contractor to perform Phase II of the effort to build and operate a Multi-Payer Claims Database (MPCD) to support CER using Medicare, Medicaid, other public payer, and private payer claims data and to enable access to the database for researchers, policymakers, and other stakeholders who seek to use it to improve the public health.


This procurement will be firm-fixed price task order and will be competed under pre-existing Multiple Award Federal Supply Schedule contracts. This procurement will be funded in whole by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, and is subject to the reporting requirements of the Act. The task order is expected to be completed within 3 years after award, not to exceed September 15, 2013.
