This Request for Information (RFI) is to procure an electronic pregnancy and parenting educational format for beneficiaries in the Military Health System (MHS). The purpose of this action is to request procurement assistance in obtaining services classified as electronic communication with beneficiaries regarding pregnancy, parenting and breastfeeding.

This request is to inform an eventual Request for Proposal (RFP) with a base period of 12 months followed by four option years.


The goal of this work is to continue value added standardized educational material to the largest inpatient population in the MHS through an electronic newsletter from 7 weeks of pregnancy through 6 months of the child's age. This process continues services offered for the last 5 years to beneficiaries.
