If the full Draft RFP is not posted to FBO for Industry review before 15 January 2013, the pre-solicitation conference and site visit will be rescheduled for a later date.

In lieu of face-to-face One-on-One sessions, the Government invites written feedback to the Draft RFP. The intent of feedback at this point in the pre-solicitation phase is to ensure quality and accurate offers can be prepared. Contractors are directed NOT to provide PROPRIETARY information as feedback. Information and materials submitted to the Government WILL NOT be returned. Classified material SHALL NOT be submitted. Responses and comments will not be published, nor will they be released. The Government is not obligated to, and will not pay for, any information received from potential sources as a result of this posting. Written feedback to the Draft RFP shall be submitted via email to Jessica McGee no later than COB 23 January 2013 to ensure adequate time for the Government to address while finalizing the RFP for formal release.
