THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL OR CAPABILITY STATEMENTS.  THIS POSTING IS TO OBTAIN INDUSTRY FEEDBACK ON THE DRAFT WIDE AREA AERIAL SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM RFP.

Accordingly, the draft solicitation has been changed.  The draft solicitationDepartment of Homeland Security (DHS) will be issued onnot pay for any information submitted or aboutbe responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice.

For full consideration, interested parties should submit their questions/comments in writing via email by 4:00PM Easter Time, January 20, 2012.  Following review of vendor comments, the Government intends30, 2012.   Please submit questions/comments to issue the Request for ProposalCarolyn.A.Smith1@dhs.gov . Answers will be posted on or about February 3, 2012.
